Ingredients (Serves 2-3):
For the Tofu:
- 200g firm tofu, cut into small cubes
- 1 tbsp cornstarch (optional, for a crispy coating)
- 1 tbsp soy sauce
- 1 tbsp vegetable oil
For the Fried Rice:
- 2 cups cooked rice (preferably day-old or cooled rice)
- 2 large eggs, whisked
- 2 tbsp vegetable oil (or sesame oil for extra flavor)
- 3-4 garlic cloves, minced
- 1 small onion, finely chopped
- 1/2 cup carrots, diced
- 1/2 cup green peas (fresh or frozen)
- 1/2 cup capsicum (bell pepper), diced

- 1/2 tsp black pepper powder
- Salt to taste

Instructions:
1. Prepare the Tofu:
