Tips for Perfect Mint Chutney
- Balance Mint Flavor: Add coriander leaves to tone down the strong mint flavor if desired.
- Avoid Bitter Taste: Use only mint leaves, discarding stems, as they can be bitter.
- Storage: Mint chutney is best served fresh but can be refrigerated in an airtight container for 1-2 days. Adding lemon juice helps preserve its bright green color.
